By adding in correct percentage of long fiber wood pulp, this pulp can be made into middle or high quality tissue paper; weighted around 13g~45g / m2 . Now, Guang Xi is producing sugarcane dreg pulp about 300,000 ton per year, wood pulp 100,000 ton per year, along with tissue paper 50,000 ton per year. In the next 5~10 years, there will be 200,000 to 500,000 ton production plan of tissue paper.
Tissue paper produced by mixture of sugarcane dreg and wood pulp, itĄ¯s harder co***red with pure wood pulp. However, after further processes such as polish, print, this kind of tissue paper becomes gentle and soft with nice color. Also, this kind of tissue paper is very co***rable with any other paper products in pricing. Sugarcane can be harvested once a year, with number of 5000 million tons. Undoubtedly, itĄ¯s one of the best row materials that can be continually used. Using each ton of sugarcane dreg pulp to produce tissue paper, 3-cube meter of wood can be saved. Therefore, it is good for environmental protection.
